Thank you for supporting Tomboy Designs.

As many of our products are released in limited drops and made-to-order batches, please read the below shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

All items are currently produced through a pre-order / made-to-order system.

Please allow approximately:

10–20 working days
for your order to be printed, prepared, and dispatched.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on:

  • order volume
  • garment availability
  • printing timelines
  • public holidays

We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier service and may vary depending on:

  • your location
  • courier delays
  • rural delivery
  • peak periods

Please note that shipping timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email
  • tracking details (where applicable)

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.

Rural Deliveries

Rural deliveries within New Zealand may take additional time once dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected orders. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs will vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated processing and delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur that are outside of our control.
